What if it rains?

For very light rain, we'll stay outdoors and go ahead as planned; so bring a camping chair and dress for the weather.

In extreme cases, we'll either re-arrange the date, or move the social to a standing room only performance in the Terrace Suite, providing cover on the outdoor terrace.

Will there be seating?

No. This event will take place outside, so bring a picnic blanket, or a camping chair and get comfy.

Are pets allowed?

Only assistance animals are allowed access to the site.

Can I smoke at the event?

No. This site is strictly non-smoking and no vaping.
